MDF HDF waterproof laminate flooring for office decoration

Laminate flooring is generally composed of four layers of composite materials, namely wear-resistant layer, decorative layer, high-density substrate layer, and balance (moisture-proof)layer. Laminate flooring is also known as impregnated paper laminated wooden flooring, laminate flooring, qualified laminate flooring is one or more layers of special impregnated thermosetting amino resin. Impregnated paper laminated wooden flooring is a layer or more of a layer of special paper impregnated thermoset amino resin, paved on the surface of the wood-based board substrate such as particle board and high-density fiberboard, with a balanced moisture-proof layer on the back, a wear-resistant layer and a decorative layer on the front, and a hot-pressed and formed floor.

Structure of Laminate Flooring

Wear layer: wear resistant, fire resistant, and its standard is AC1-AC5.
Decorative layer: variety of the floor looking, uniform color distribution and natural looking wood grains
Core board: decides the quality and stability of the floor, its density is provided from 700-880kg/m³
Balance layer: balance the pressures of the floor during production, moisture-resistant

The Abrasion Criteria(AC)rating is invaluable when determining the durability of a laminate flooring product."AC" is the abbreviation for the Abrasion Criteria rating, which is based on a scale of one to five, with five being the highest. Most residential laminate flooring will have a rating of AC3 or AC4.
AC-1-the laminate must withstand at least 900 passes of the sandpaper, and up to 1800
AC-2 -1801 to 2500 passes
AC-3 -2501 to 4000 passes
AC-4-4001 to 6500 passes
AC-5 -anything over 6,500
AC1 floors are only strong enough to handle light use, such as in a bedroom, guestroom or Moderate Residential Traffic.  
AC2 floors are appropriate for moderate foot traffic in areas like living rooms and dining rooms.                                      
AC3 floors are suitable for use in busy areas, including kitchens and foyers.
AC4 floors are tough enough for use in bathrooms and kitchens and also ideal for commercial use.
AC5 floors should handle the kinds of uses common to public buildings, including government buildings, department stores, shopping centers and busy bars. They are manufactured for the busiest, most high-traffic commercial uses, Heavy, Intensive Commercial Traffic.
