Hollow particle board (also known as bridge mechanical board) is an innovation in the production process of door core board. Using the principle of arch bridge, through high-tech processing, the solid wood sawdust is made into a unique tubular structure, which can evenly disperse the external force and ensure no deformation, because the weight is less than half of the same size solid wood. The lightweight texture can also avoid the deformation caused by too heavy load on the hinge and door cover, and extend the service life.
